At Norma Design, we stand by the effectiveness of our Stretch & Mobility Board. That’s why we offer a “Results in 30 Days or Your Money Back” guarantee — created to give you confidence that our product truly works when used correctly and consistently.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the Results Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Consistent Use:
   The product must have been used according to our official guidelines for a minimum of 30 consecutive days. Usage must be consistent and aligned with the instructions provided on our website or within the included manual.

2. Documentation of Use:
   You must provide proof of consistent use, such as daily photos, videos, or activity logs showing how the board was used. This helps us verify that the product was used properly and regularly during the 30-day period.

3. Submission Window:
   Guarantee claims must be submitted between day 30 and day 35 from the date of delivery. Claims made before 30 days or after 35 days from receipt will not be accepted.

4. Product Condition:
   The product must be returned in good condition with all parts included. Excessive damage or misuse will void the guarantee.

5. Non-Transferable:
   The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.

How to Claim the Guarantee:

To initiate a Results Guarantee claim, please contact our customer service team at contact@norma-design.com with the subject line “30-Day Results Guarantee Claim.”
Include:

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of your experience with the product

• Proof of use (e.g., daily logs or progress photos/videos)

Once we have reviewed your claim and verified that all requirements are met, we will either approve and issue a refund to your original payment method within up to 7 business days, or decline the claim if the requirements are not fulfilled.

Exclusions:

The guarantee does not apply if:

• The product was not used as instructed.

• The claim lacks sufficient documentation of use.

• The product was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

• The request is made outside the 30–35-day window.

This Results Guarantee is designed to encourage customers to fully commit to the program and achieve measurable results — not as a “trial period” or satisfaction guarantee.
